We were able to spend some special time with Aunt Amber on Wednesday and Thursday of this week. It was an unscheduled stop so she still had to work, but we enjoyed every minute we had with her. The boys and I visited Bookworm Gardens which was right next to her office and it was really cool. They had different gardens that portrayed scenes from tons of books. The boys loved the Magic School Bus and Winnie the Pooh. We also spent a day at the Wisconsin State Fair and the boys loved seeing all the animals. It was pretty busy so I think they were a little overwhelmed, but I am glad that we were able to go. 4-H was a pretty big part of my life and I would like the boys to be exposed to it as well. On Friday we spent the day with Uncle Luke and Aunt Beth. They took us to a quarry close to Milwaukee and the boys had a blast swimming and playing in the sand. At this point, David was thinking that it was time for us to come home so we headed to the airport Friday night to catch a flight. Unfortunately our vacation really ended on bang because when we dropped off my brother's car (which we had been using for the summer) at the airport it started on fire. We probably won't forgot this vacation!
