Maple Syrup Season

The boys and I had the opportunity to visit Wisconsin for Maple Syrup season and we had a great time.  When we first arrived, there was mud, mud, and then more mud.  The boys were in mud heaven!  They really enjoyed going out to the woods and getting the sap and then hanging out in the sugar shack.  They are very busy now at home driving their tractors around the house pretending to collect sap.  We also celebrated an early Easter with Grandpa and Grandma which was a lot of fun.  The boys had a blast coloring eggs and having an Easter egg hunt.  I won't post the picture, but Mason spilled green egg dye on his chair and his bottom was green for the day!
