Strawberry Picking

Well strawberries are ripe and in season and we are enjoying them immensely!  We went about a week ago and picked five gallons with the boys and Mason probably ate a half gallon by himself!  He was covered in strawberry juice and it seemed he just couldn't get enough berries.  Unfortunately I forgot my camera at home so we didn't get any pictures.  We did, however, go again this past week when my sister was in town and we also met up with several friends and their kids.  It was a lot of fun and the boys again enjoyed eating the berries right from the field.  We had a picnic lunch at a nearby park and all the kids enjoyed playing together.
