Passport to...JAPAN

The country we studied this month was Japan and the boys had a great time learning about the Japanese culture.  It is really neat because they are beginning to understand how other countries are different and they are inquisitive about those differences.  This month was also very fun for me because it brought back memories from when I went to Japan.  Mason made a paper mache model of Mt. Fuji and painted it.  He really enjoyed his project.  Tanner studied Boys Day which is a Japanese festival in which the boys in each family are honored.  He had a real carp streamer from Grandma Dahlie and he enjoyed sharing that with everyone.  Stay tuned for passport to...
