Still Celebrating!

Well, we definitely don't need a reason to celebrate, but since it is Mason's birthday month we decided to take the boys on a mini vacation.  We spent an afternoon at Lookout Mountain in Tennessee and toured a waterfall that is actually inside the mountain.  It was really neat and Tanner was very interested and attentive to the tour guide.  Unfortunately, since it was a guided tour we had very little time to look around and explore.  We spent the night at a hotel with the a pool and the boys were very excited about that.  Tanner thinks that staying at a hotel is the coolest thing ever!  We then headed to an indoor waterpark near the Smokey Mountains.  The boys were actually very interested in looking at the Mountain and asked if we could go climb it which surprised us.  We didn't have time to do any mountain climbing, but the boys really enjoyed playing at the waterpark.  They were pretty tentative and overwhelmed at first, but once they got warmed up they were going down the slides and running through the water sprays.  They had a giant wave pool and Mason thought it was great getting hit by the waves.  Mason loves the water and has no problem getting his face wet or being completely submerged.  We had a really fun time and the boys were so good and very appreciative of everything.  When we got home, Tanner asked if we would be going on vacation again soon?  We are actually flying to Minnesota next week to go down hill skiing with family, but we haven't told him that yet!

Inside the mountain in front of the waterfall...to dark to see :(

At the hotel pool.

The water was very warm which was so nice!

At the indoor waterpark

That is Tanner...he went down this big slide all by himself!

Thankfully it was not very crowded most of the time.

He tried going down every which way...sitting up, laying down, on his belly!

Mason and Dad...Mason couldn't go by himself, but he and Tanner could go
