Wow! How can my little Tanner be 11 already?? We spent some time looking back through the blog to all of the previously recorded birthdays and it has motivated me to do a better job of keeping up. The kids had so much fun seeing what they did for each birthday and poor Carson kept wondering why he wasn't in any pictures :( Tanner had a fabulous birthday surrounded by family. Grandpa and Grandma Dahlie and Grandma Dot were here and Cousin Rich came for dinner as well. We played Cribbage and Five Crowns and Grandpa was able to go apple picking with us. It is fun to watch him growing up into a young man with his own ideas. He loves to read and he LOVES to make medieval weapons out of scraps of wood. We just wish he wasn't growing up so fast!
