Well, we headed to Wisconsin for the weekend for a family get together and some down hill skiing. It ended up being much colder than we anticipated, but the boys were insistent that they wanted to ski so we gave it a try. Although it was probably below zero with the wind chill, the boys had an awesome time. They were ready to move off the small hills and try more challenging ones after just a few runs. Tanner and his cousin, Landon, had a blast racing each other down the hill and the crazy boys even rode the chairlift together by themselves. The boys were up and down the hill all day. We did take two breaks to eat lunch and then warm up, but they never really complained about being cold. Overall, skiing was a huge success! We were also able to visit and play cards with Great Grandpa and Grandma which was wonderful. It was a really short weekend, but the boys had so much fun with their cousins and the snow so I am so thankful that we were able to go. I didn't get many pictures because every time I had to take my mitten off to take the picture, my fingers froze!!!
