The boys had a great morning learning about liquids, solids, and gases with the homeschool group. They made monster slime which was slimy and ice cream which was delicious! They also saw a chemical reaction between baking soda and vinegar that filled a balloon on top of a water bottle. They were hoping it was going to pop and make a loud noise, but thankfully it didn't! Of course, being boys they told Dad about the experiment and Dad found a variation that they could do in a Ziploc bag and that did make a big bang. I am not sure who was more excited...the boys or Dad?!?
