We woke up this morning to a beautiful winter wonderland and we aren't even in the north! The boys were so excited when they looked out the window. We unfortunately don't have all of our winter gear with us, but we were able to throw some things together so the boys could go play. It had warmed up a little this morning and started sleeting so the top layer of snow was very icy and hard. We probably got around 4 to 5 inches of snow and there is no snow removal so we are sitting ducks! They are forecasting more sleet and freezing rain for later today which could cause a lot of problems so we are praying that we don't have a power outage or anything extreme.
